Session Details:

Inspirational author and speaker, Susan Stewart, will take you on a journey that will lead you to an important discovery: how to reclaim your true nature as you face challenges and juggle the responsibilities of your career. As work and life become increasingly intertwined, Susan offers the strategy of following your heart when managing your time and making commitments. You will explore concepts and techniques that lower stress, improve resiliency, and create more fulfilment each day by allowing joy to guide you through the complexities of the modern workday.  

You will learn:

• The principles of mindfulness and the power of aligning your beliefs/thought patterns with your desires 

• Stress reduction tools and habits that foster successful work-life integration   

• “Doing” vs. “Being” - how to create the feeling of balance during your busy day  

Speaker Biography:

Susan Stewart is a comedian, author, and speaker who delivers a unique blend of humour and inspiration aimed at helping people reclaim their joyful true nature by seeing the lighter side of work and life. Susan is the author of “Reaching The Laugh Resort” and “Your New Lenses Are Ready For Pick Up: A Guide to Seeing the Lighter Side of Life”.
