Program Details:

Learn how to infuse your events and organization with a healthy meeting work culture through brainstorming and interactive demonstrations at Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Total Health.

This session is not a lecture; you will learn through demos of “thrive breaks,” stretch breaks, and stress reduction techniques. Discover how to create healthy environments by using standing tables, sitting balls, and other techniques, and introduce your attendees to exercise options by including walking, running & bike maps and fitness class schedules with your meeting materials.

Your attendees will feel how much your organization is interested in their well-being!

By participating in this session, you will:

1.  Develop a culture of health for your next meeting.

2.  Learn how to incorporate healthy eating and exercise within your meeting framework and budget.

3.  Be able to understand and implement stress reducing techniques as you plan your next meeting.

Guest speaker and Director of Workforce Health with Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Region Amy Arnold, MS, CHES, HC, will infuse your meeting environment with healthy alternatives as you learn that “suffering is optional.”
