During this session, you will learn how emotional triggers, habit loops, environmental regulators, and social support can help you achieve the change that you desire.

You will leave this session with a

  • better understanding of what drives your change motivation and focus
  • greater knowledge of what you need to do in order to maintain that change on a daily basis for yourself or your team
  • plan for achieving successful change moving forward into the future
Presenter, Kurt Nelson, PhD., has more than 20 years experience working with companies on driving behavior change inside their organizations.  He is a sought-after speaker and consultant, working with Fortune 500 companies from around the world.   He is an avid reader, skier, and volunteer.  Kurt lives in Minnesota with his wife and two young children.
