Work/Life Balance – Stepping-UPP

Achieving Work/Life Balance in an inside-out job! It is tempting to look for solutions outside of one self and yet, when it comes to instituting change, the responsibility lies with YOU.

Welcome to Work/Life Balance- Stepping UPP. In this workshop you will learn a simple yet powerful equation for shifting your energy: Clarity + Action = UPP (Unlimited Personal Power). This highly interactive, practical workshop will offer you personal tools for gaining clarity on those important aspects of life plus strategies for moving forward.

You can expect to learn the following:

  1. Clarity: the importance of intentionality, how intentions differ from goals, and opening up your personal ‘field of possibility’
  2. Action: the difference between attractive actions and dazzling distractions, choosing the ‘big rocks’, the power of ‘I AM’ energy
  3. Have a personal awareness and plan for taking your first steps in achieving work/life balance.

Your Workshop Facilitator:

Betty Healey is a life coach and award winning author of four books. Her most recent books, ME FIRST – If I Should Wake before I Die and the ME FIRST Playbook, are dedicated to the seven directions of awakening to your full potential.
