Innovation Stories: Lessons Learned from the Trenches
For the last ten years, PCMA has worked to turn all its face to face events into a living laboratory of live event innovation. What has grown and flourished in the lab? What has "died on the vine"? More importantly, why do we believe some of these experiments have been successful while others haven't? From conceptual ideation to leadership, creativity, strategic direction and on-site execution, you will leave understanding what makes PCMA's programs tick as well as take away some key learnings that can help you with your own innovative thinking. Join Kelly Peacy, PCMA's Senior Vice President of Education and Events as she shares real stories of PCMA innovation successes, failures and lessons learned along the way.
Kelly Peacy has spent the past 20 years working in association management, specifically in the areas of meetings and events, marketing and strategy. As Senior Vice President of Education and Events, Kelly leads a very smart team in the planning and delivery of all face to face events, such as Convening Leaders, the Education Conference and many other programs.
