It’s Such a Great Idea!: Why Aren’t They Loving this Change?
You need to change something. You plan with insight. You budget with a sharp pencil. You communicate with care. You launch with enthusiasm. And still, people resist a change that is obviously good for the organization. Is there something a leader can do besides being frustrated? You bet! During this highly interactive session you'll learn to evaluate the forms resistance to change take, identify their root causes, determine the actions you must take to overcome each form of resistance, and manage your change initiative with less stress and more fun.

After the Educational Program, make sure to head over to Lucky Strike Lanes as we get the ball rolling on GMC PCMA's Charity Bowl-A-Thon benefiting our 2014 charity – Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly!

Join your colleagues for an evening of fun while supporting our charity and the Greater Midwest Chapter. Besides the bowling, our Silent Auction is one of the best parts of Bowl-A-Thon! It is a truly important part of our fundraising effort, as 95% of the auction proceeds go directly to Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly. Items include hotel stays, restaurant certificates, sports tickets, and much more! Click here to preview all of our auction items online.

New at the Bowl-A-Thon this year, we are introducing a Wine Pull! Buy a wine pull ticket during your registration (just $10) and you are guaranteed to go home with a bottle of wine worth at least $15 (maybe much more!).
