Bonnie Wallsh, MA, CMP, CMM is the Chief Strategist of Bonnie Wallsh Associates, LLC, a professional meeting management, consulting and training firm. She has been an instructor at 9 colleges and she worked part-time at the Small Business Resource Center, helping entrepreneurs to launch and grow their businesses. Together with several partners, she created Experience South Carolina, a street festival showcasing the best that South Carolina has to offer which, by popular request, will be held for the second year in Rock Hill, SC on August 21, 2013, during Labor Day weekend. During her 30 years as a member of MPI, she co-chaired the CMP study group, served on the Executive Board, headed the Dream Team for Charlotte and received Planner of the Year Award and several scholarships from MPICC. In addition, she served on the Executive Board for MPIGNY. She is the recipient of Volunteer of the Year from the Southeast chapter of PCMA, served on the Faculty Task Force, is currently serving on the PCMA Education Task Force, and is a member of the PCMA Southeast Chapter Education Committee. Bonnie is a renowned speaker presenting a wide range of face-to-face programs and webinars for the meetings and hospitality industry. She has written extensive articles and is frequently interviewed for the trade and consumer press.
