As the global economy inched back up in 2013, meeting professionals who responded to this year's Meetings Market Survey reported that their events followed suit, faring slightly better than the previous year. The government turmoil has the potential for far-reaching problems. Organizations will return to a hunker-down-and-weather-the-storm mentality.”
