Join us for our final event of 2013, featuring the interactive program, “You Don’t Have To Be A Master Chef To Cook Like One!” and our annual holiday party. We’ll ring in the season and celebrate a year of achievements and the volunteers of GPPCMA.
You Don’t Have To Be A Master Chef To Cook Like One!
The kitchen can be an intimidating place for a lot of people, especially when entertaining guests with refined palates. Great cooking may be an art, but by learning these shortcut recipes and time saving techniques, the art of preparing food for your own gathering can also be a fun and satisfying experience earning you the reputation of a top chef.
Pennsylvania Convention Center’s Executive Chef Michael Mantia will lead this interactive session designed to ease your kitchen fears and impress your guests the next time you are entertaining.
Agenda for December 12, 2013
4:15pm – Registration opens
4:45pm-6:15pm – Announcements and program
6:15pm-8:15pm – Holiday party
Room 108AB – Pennsylvania Convention Center, Room 108AB (enter at 12th and Arch West Concourse)
In celebration of the season of giving, the GPPCMA Community Service Committee asks you to support our winter coat drive to benefit Feel The Warmth. At this event, we’ll be collecting new and "gently" used coats for men, women, and children. Please note that while we’ll collect all sizes, boys/girls sizes 14 thru 20 are most in demand, as kids grow out of their coats every year. All donations will stay in the local Greater Philadelphia Area. Feel The Warmth believes donors should know that their donation will go to someone within their community.
Special thanks to our sponsors and hosts,
the Discover PHLCVB and
the Pennsylvania Convention Center!
