  • Bids placed on dates and for business already negotiated with the San Diego Convention Center Corporation will be disqualified (Bidder will have received rejection of Check Your Dates form that space is not available or business is considered existing business).

  • The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a standard San Diego Convention Center Corporation license or lease agreement to use the Convention Center Space.
  • If all or any part of the San Diego Convention Center is rendered unusable, or if holding any event therein would otherwise be rendered commercially impracticable by reason of acts of God, strikes against third parties, civil disorder, terrorism or acts of war, governmental directive, or any reason beyond the control of San Diego Convention Center Corporation, San Diego Convention Center Corporation shall be under no obligation to provide the Convention Center Space, and San Diego Convention Center Corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any other party.
  • Winning bidder will be required to execute a contract with and release of liability for PCMA within 30 days of the auction close, including payment terms to PCMA.
