The Broadmoor has announced the appointment of Nicole Northrop-Jost to Director of National Sales. Joining a team of talented professionals, Nicole brings an extensive background in hospitality sales to the AAA Five-Diamond, Forbes Five Star resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In her new role, she oversees large group sales for the Northeast and Canadian markets.
For more than ten years, Nicole served as Senior Sales Manager of the Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas where she built solid relationships in the Northeast market and regularly exceeded quarterly and yearly goals. Her extensive experience also includes serving in the position of Group Sales Manager for both the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Irving, Texas and the Hyatt DFW in Dallas, Texas.
Online reputation management (ORM) market leader for the hospitality industry, TrustYou, has appointed Alan Young as its VP of Strategic Partnerships. The long-time industry veteran, who brings tremendous travel, technology and sales experience to the post, will focus on building relationships and driving revenue, with a bull's-eye focus on travel and hotel technology companies, and related service providers. Young, who will be instrumental in spearheading TrustYou's aggressive growth plans in North America, will also be targeting destinations and key players in the online travel space.
Alan Feuerman has been appointed the Director of Sales and Marketing at the highly anticipated Westin Cleveland Downtown, which is scheduled to open in Spring 2014 after the completion of a $64 million renovation.
Feuerman brings more than a decade of hospitality sales management experience to The Westin Cleveland Downtown. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the 252-suite Embassy Suites Cleveland Downtown.
