Debbie Zunt joins the Cleveland Convention Center sales team as the Director of Corporate Meetings & Events, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Zunt joins the team after serving for the past three years as the National Sales Manager for the Cleveland-based Midwest office for Red Rock Resort/Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. She also spent two years in Washington, D.C. as the National Account Executive for the East Coast Association market for the Greater Houston (Texas) Convention and Visitors Bureau.
A Cleveland native, Zunt began her hospitality career at the Wyndham Hotel at Playhouse Square as sales manager before moving to the Wyndham Northwest Chicago hotel in suburban Itasca, Illinois as Associate Director of Sales. From 2001-2008, Zunt worked in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas, first serving as National Sales Manager for the Venetian Resort, Hotel and Casino, and Senior National Sales Manager for Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
Colleen Brzozowski, a veteran of more than 20 years in the meetings industry with special ties to the financial and insurance sector, has joined the Krisam Group and Global Events Partners (GEP) as Director of Sales in the Chicago office. Marcus A. Cade and Michael W. Carter
The Puerto Rico Convention Bureau has announced that Marcus A. Cade and Michael W. Carter have joined the organization as National Sales Managers.
Marcus A. Cade is a proven hospitality professional with extensive group sales experience. Over the past decade, Cade has worked for the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority, the Salt Lake City Convention & Visitors Bureau and most recently, at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas. In addition, Cade has taught at Richard Stockton State College and Rutgers University, both in New Jersey.
Michael W. Carter is a hospitality and marketing professional with over 14 years of experience. Most recently, Carter worked as a National Sales Manager at the Aloft Washington National Harbor. Prior to that, he worked at the Savannah Area Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association. Carter started his career as a corporate marketing representative before working in the hospitality arena in sales positions with the Ritz Carlton and Westin hotel brands. More
