PCMA provides in-person and online education as well as aggregated news and information to keep you innovative and effective. In addition, PCMA events provide the mandatory CEU’s for attaining professional designations such as Certified Meeting Planner (CMP).

How to Join & Fees
Joining the PCMA Southwest & Pacific Chapter is free, but you must first become a member of PCMA. PCMA offers individual-based planner memberships ranging from $40 to $360 per year. Suppliers may also join at rates from $260 to $485 per year.
During the application process you will be given the option to select the Southwest & Pacific Chapter.

I would like to request approval to join PCMA, the Professional Convention Management Association and its Southwest & Pacific Chapter.
Established in 1957, PCMA is the leading professional association for meeting and event professionals with 17 chapters in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
In addition to PCMA’s two national events, Convening Leaders and the Education Conference, I would have access to the regional educational events hosted by the Southwest & Pacific Chapter which are free for meeting planners. Sample topics include:
