Join us for a great evening on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at ACME Bowling & Billiards. Food, drinks, bidding, bowling and fun from 4:00pm - 7:00pm! You do not have to be a PCMA member to participate! There will be team bowling and two rounds of silent auction bidding and the evening will conclude with our 6th Annual Wine Tree Raffle! The proceeds from the auction will benefit and broaden the educational and scholarship activities within our PCMA chapter.
You can participate in 4 ways:
*Team Lane Sponsor: $250 (before Sept 1)/ $350 (after Sept 1) - Tickets for 4 bowlers, to include: four event admission tickets and four tickets for shoe rental in addition to a fantastic dinner, two drink tickets per person, and a bid packet to our silent auction.
*Non-Bowler/Cheerleader: $30 - Includes: admission, dinner buffet, two drink tickets and bid packet for our silent auction. Come out and be a cheerleader and supporter of our bowlers while having the opportunity to bid on some amazing auction prizes.
*Individual Bowler: $25 (before Sept 1)/$50 (after Sept 1) - If you are interested in bowling but do not have a full team, sign up to be an individual bowler and we'll place you with a team. This is the perfect opportunity to meet and network with your fellow PCMA and industry colleagues. Your ticket includes: bowling, dinner buffet, two drink tickets and bid packet for our silent auction.
*Special Meeting Planner Rate*: $20 - For non-bowler/cheerleader meeting planners! Your ticket includes: admission, dinner buffet, two drink tickets and bid packet for our silent auction.
REGISTER NOW BID AND BOWL AUCTION INFORMATION:
Bid and Bowl is our chapter’s largest fundraiser of the year. Every member’s contribution to and participation in the auction is what makes the event a success. All featured auction donors will be supporting the cause as well as gaining exposure for your business. Your company name will be on all program signage at the event and leading up to the event and your company will be highlighted in an email to all attendees following the event that will thank our sponsors/donors.
The proceeds from the auction will benefit and broaden the educational and scholarship activities for our PCMA chapter members. We count on the support of our members and industry colleagues!
