The Chesapeake Chapter serves PCMA members located in Maryland, Delaware, and southern Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on being a friendly chapter, one that welcomes both newcomers and longtime members.
Our membership is 53% planners and 47% suppliers.
Our chapter hosts a variety of educational and networking programs throughout the year, from our highly-anticipated annual summer venues tour to creative social events that showcase unique and fun destinations around Baltimore, Annapolis, Columbia, and across the region.
Thanks to the chapter’s innovative “Meeting Planners for Free” program – now in its second year and unmatched by any other hospitality association – Chesapeake chapter events maintained a planner/supplier ratio of greater than 50:50 for all events this year. In fact, our last education program was over 66% meeting planners …. too bad for the suppliers who missed the boat on that one!
