Session Description
The confluence of mobile technology and social media will change meetings more in the next 5 years than technology has in the past 15 years. Meeting participants will continue to have a great say in events and mobile apps will yield a goldmine of data to help planners improve events.This interactive and information-packed session will cover the major technology trends creating these changes and what you can do to prepare for them.

  • Understand the important technology trends including social media, mobile technology, location-based technology, wearable computing, virtual meetings and more
  • Receive lots of links, apps, and ideas that can be put to use immediately
  • Learn steps to prepare for these changes to be able to work more efficiently and effectively

2016 PCMA Capital Chapter Board of Directors Meetings   Meetings will start promptly at 9:00 am commencing with a 15 minute Open Forum.  Chapter members are invited to attend the meeting and participate in the open forum.
