Accommodation Policy:

In an effort to support our host hotel (InterContinental Toronto Centre), keep registration fees lower and demonstrate effective practices in room block management, the PCMA Canada East Chapter’s Board of Directors is supporting the following policy: Save $200 CAD on your registration fee by staying within the official Canadian Innovation Conference (CIC) housing block. Attendees that have booked a hotel room outside the official CIC housing block will be automatically charged an additional $200 CAD registration fee. The deadline to book a hotel room at the InterContinental Toronto Centre is Thursday, October 15, 2015. If attendees book a room in the official CIC housing block and later cancel their reservation, they will be automatically charged the additional $200 CAD registration fee.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and must be sent to the PCMA Canada East Chapter Administrator at canadaeast@pcma.org. A $50 CDN cancellation fee will apply if postmarked by September 11, 2015. No request for refunds will be accepted after September 12, 2015.

Unless otherwise advised prior to the Conference, the attendee grants permission to have his/her photograph taken and possibly reproduced in official CIC materials.

Note: PCMA members will be required to log into their profile in order to register, while non-members will need to create a profile in order to register.  When creating your profile do not select "other" as your Prospect type as you will encounter difficulty when registering. Should you have any questions please contact canadaeast@pcma.org
