Visit California Bought YouTube Today

By PCMA

It began at midnight EST, so unless you haven’t been to sleep you’ve already missed 7 stunning hours. No worries, you can catch up.

The tourism agency’s takeover of YouTube today, with “24 Hours. 24 Dreams,” is a first-of-its-kind global campaign featuring -  a collection of videos focused on inspiring and celebrating Californians who have made their dreams possible in the Golden State. A new site masthead video is released every hour showcasing California dreamers and over-the top experiences statewide.

You’ll see everything you’ve ever imagined about California all in 24 hours. If you have an upcoming meeting in the state you’ll want to share these videos with your attendees, so they too can be inspired about your chosen meeting destination.

The YouTube takeover is just one element of Visit California’s Dream365 Project, you can learn more by visiting their website.

The 24 videos featured today include everything from Bob Burnquist’s floating skate ramp, Edward Sharpe’s Big Top and a first-ever California DreamGig with popular musical group Band of Horses to Coachella from the vantage point of a GoPro camera hovering above the crowd, a Boston Terrier’s Shasta Cascade adventure weekend, David Garibaldi, a California dreamer who turns a blank canvas into an iconic portrait against the backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge, to name a few.

Enjoy!
