Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on May 18, 2015 to receive a refund less a $50 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After May 18, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time no refunds will be granted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Cancellation of Student, Faculty and Guest registration are subject to a $25 cancellation processing fee each. Cancellation of registration for the Hosted Buyers Program after May 18th is subject to a $250 USD cancellation processing fee. There are no refunds for PCMA Education Foundation contributions. Cancellation for Education Conference does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.
Substitution Policy: Replacement of a registered PCMA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $25 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday, May 18, 2015. After Monday May 18, 2015 no substitutions will be allowed, all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registration and subject to the reduced processing fee of $25. Original registrants registration will be refunded minus the processing fee and the new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete registration and housing. The new registrant must be named in the written notification and register before the original registrant is refunded.
Housing Policy: In an effort to support our host city of Ft. Lauderdale, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, the PCMA Board of Directors is supporting the following policy: save $200 USD on your registration fee by staying within the official PCMA housing block – Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina and Renaissance Ft. Lauderdale Cruise Port Hotel. The deadline to book a hotel reservation is Friday, May 15th, 2015. Attendees that have not booked a hotel room in the official Education Conference housing block by Friday, May 15th, 2015 will be charged an additional $200 USD registration fee on Monday, May 18th, 2015. If attendees book housing in the official Education Conference housing block and later cancel their reservation, the additional $200 USD registration fee will be automatically charged.
