Convening Leaders Hosted Buyer Program



Are you a Professional meeting planner with primary responsibility for planning and booking meeting destinations and services? If so, you may qualify for our One-on-One: Partners and Planners program.

Accepted buyers will be provided with complimentary registration to Convening Leaders, and three nights hotel accommodations. You will be scheduled to participate in One-on-One appointments with various PCMA Partners on Sunday, January 11th, based on the information you provide in your application.

Appointments must be utilized to discuss potential *NEW* business, not current booked business.

HOW TO APPLY:

  • The first deadline is Monday, August 4th
  • You will receive an e-mail notification with your application status after review by PCMA. Notices will be sent out by Monday, August 18th.
  • Upon acceptance, you will receive a special complimentary code to use for 2015 Convening Leaders registration.
