Gayle Dahlman is the Certification Director for the Convention Industry Council’s CMP and CMP-HC Programs. With nearly a decade of certification experience, Gayle brings to the program with a wide breadth of knowledge including strategic management and positioning of certifications, expertise in keeping certifications current with rapidly evolving professions, best practices in program administration, and the benefits of achieving professional certification. Patrick Crosson, CMP, Specialist, Meetings & Events, PCMA
Patrick graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management in May of 2011. Upon graduating, Patrick began working at the International Dairy Foods Association as the meetings assistant working on everything from registration and housing to logistics and marketing. Patrick also remained heavily involved in the regional Capital Chapter of PCMA.
In October of 2012, Patrick was hired on by the Professional Convention Management Association as their Specialist, Meetings and Events. His new role includes handling all registration and housing for PCMA’s annual and mid-year conferences, logistics planning, coordination of transportation, signage and shipping as well as being the lead planner on other meetings throughout the year. Patrick received his CMP designation in August 2013 and is now working on his DES certification.
