PCMA Student Membership

Student membership is available to students enrolled in a post-secondary academic program directly related to meetings management for at least six quarter or semester credit hours. Verification of enrollment is required. Note: Students with less than six months before graduation are not eligible. Student memberships are valid from October 1st to September 30th. Students who join after April 30th will have valid memberships until September of the following year.

PCMA Chapters - Student members automatically become members of one of the 16 regional PCMA chapters. Your university may already have a PCMA Student Chapter. If not, you can start your own.

Student Scholarships
PCMA offers a wide variety of scholarships designed to help your reach your personal and professional goals.
- Roy B. Evans Scholarship - Up to five qualified student members can receive this $5,000 tuition-based scholarship.
- PCMA Multicultural Scholarship - Up to five student members can receive this $1,000 scholarship to offset tuition and textbook expenses, as well as other associated educational costs.
- Student Chapter of the Year - Up to four chapters are awarded $500 to be used toward chapter activities.
- PCMA Annual Meeting Scholarship - Provides the opportunity for three student members to attend the PCMA Annual Meeting and to gain experience working with PCMA Staff. Includes complimentary airfare, hotel accommodations and registration.
- PCMA Chairman's Scholarship - This scholarship brings two student members to the PCMA Annual meeting with the special distinction of "Chairman's Scholars" - Includes complimentary airfare, hotel accommodations and registration.
- Student Planner of the Year Scholarship - This scholarship allows one student the opportunity to conduct their own educational session at the PCMA Annual Meeting. - Includes complimentary airfare, hotel accommodations, registration and a $1,000 tuition-based scholarship.
Post-Graduate Rate
Student members are eligible for a special PCMA membership rate of $100/year for up to three years past graduation. Please contact PCMA Membership for more information.
