There are two easy ways to join PCMA! You can complete an online application or you can complete this form and fax/mail it into PCMA with your payment (credit card or check).

Professional |
Association, Corporate and Independent Meeting Professionals. *This category is for an individual that spends more than 51% of their time responsible or accountable for the development, organization, and management of meetings, conventions, exhibits and seminars. |

Associate Professional |
Employees that have at least one Professional member, in good standing, at the same location. *This category is for an individual that spends more than 51% of their time responsible or accountable for the development, organization, and management of meetings, conventions, exhibits and seminars. |

Destinations, Venues, Product and Service Providers. |

|
Associate Supplier |
Employees that have at least one Supplier member, in good standing, at the same physical location. |

Faculty |
Faculty in post-secondary academic programs directly related to meetings management and having met one of the following requirements: currently teaching at least two classes per semester; currently teaching at least one class per quarter; or currently teaching at least four classes in the past academic year. |

Individuals enrolled in a post-secondary academic program directly related to meetings management for at least six quarter or semester credit hours. Verification of enrollment is required. Note: Students with less than six months before graduation are not eligible for Student membership. |

Emeritus |
This class of membership may be conferred, by the Board of Directors, upon the application of any Professional member or Supplier Partner member, provided that the applicant has been a member in good standing of PCMA for fifteen (15) years or more; has attained the age of sixty-two (62) years; and has retired. Emeritus members shall have all the privileges of Professional membership and Supplier Partner membership, except the right to vote or hold office. |
