PROFESSIONAL $360 (USD)
Association, Corporate and Independent Meeting Professionals
Learn how PCMA can empower you with a wealth of information, resources, contacts and opportunities for continuing professional development and networking. Join this membership category if you have the responsibility for the development, organization, and management of meetings, conventions, exhibits, and seminars. If you or your organization provides a product or service to the meetings industry please choose the supplier partner membership category.
Associate Professional Membership: $200 ( USD)
This membership category is available to employees, agents, and other representatives of organizations that have at least one Professional member, in good standing, at the same location. Note: There are limited benefits for Associate members: 1. Associate members can only attend one (1) PCMA Annual Meeting for the duration of their Associate membership; 2. They may not vote or hold office.

SUPPLIER $485 (USD)

Associate Supplier Partner Membership: $260 ( USD)
This membership category is available to employees, agents, and other representatives of organizations, firms, or corporations that have at least one Supplier Partner member, in good standing, at the same location. Note: There are limited benefits for Associate members: 1. Associate members can only attend one (1) PCMA Annual Meeting for the duration of their Associate membership; 2. They may not vote or hold office.

Faculty $205 (USD)

This membership category is available to individuals employed as faculty in post-secondary academic programs directly related to meetings management and having met one of the following requirements: currently teaching at least two classes per semester; currently teaching at least one class per quarter; or currently teaching at least four classes in the past academic year.
Student $40 (USD)

This membership category is available to individuals enrolled in a post-secondary academic program directly related to meetings management for at least six quarter or semester credit hours. Verification of enrollment is required. Note: Students with less than six months before graduation are not eligible for Student membership.
Transfer
Are you leaving the industry? Click here to download the form you need to transfer your membership. You will also need the new member to fill out a new member application. Note: Organizations wishing to transfer membership from a previous to a new employee will be charged a $50.00 non-refundable administrative fee for the new member. Click here for more information.
Upgrade
