2008 All Hearts Sponsor Letter

Dear PCMA Members & Friends:

You are cordially invited to participate in a very special fund-raising project sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association. Proceeds from this worthwhile, fun-filled evening will benefit RMPCMA's Educational fund and Food Bank of the Rockies, which provides food to Denver's homeless and needy.

The Chapter's Annual All Heart Auction and Awards Banquet will be held February 13, 2008 at the Pinnacle Club by Grand Hyatt Denver. You'll have the opportunity to network with colleagues and friends as well as submit your bids during the Silent Auction. Following the auction throughout dinner, the Chapter's Annual Achievement Awards will be presented and the winning silent auction bids will be revealed.

Our goal this year is to significantly increase our donation to the Food Bank. In order to accomplish this, we need the support and assistance of everyone by providing items for the Silent Auction. Popular items are weekend packages and gift certificates (travel, restaurants, crafts, jewelry, theaters, concerts, sporting events). Merchandise and gifts such as artwork, electronics, household / decorative items, theme gift baskets, wine and Colorado products are equally welcomed.

The All Heart committee requests that PCMA members donate at least one item for the auction and solicit the donation of one or two items as well. You may use the printable Donation Form or the Online Form. Auction items may be sent directly to our management company's office, iPlanIt Meeting and Conference Management, 1332 Cumberland Dr, Longmont, CO 80501. Should you prefer to drop off items downtown, they may be dropped off at The Arrangers, 1425 Market Street #101, Denver, CO 80202.

Additionally, the involvement of major sponsors/supporters, to help offset event costs is equally valuable. Please let us know at what level you might be able to contribute as we have several options available.
