2008 GPPCMA NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING INFORMATION
Reach more than 400 members of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association by advertising in ChapterConnections.
The mission of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter is to provide excellent education and networking opportunities to enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of our members in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Our quarterly electronic newsletter is our main method of communication and focuses on informative topics related to the convention planning industry. This publication is specifically designed towards managers, suppliers and vendors within the meetings industry. Many of our readers make or influence purchasing decisions for their organizations. It is distributed four times each year to all chapter members. It is also posted for a period of one year on the chapter website.
Ad Specifications & Guidelines
- Ads must be submitted electronically in a jpg, tif or gif format prior to each submission deadline.
- Ads sizes are either 3.75in w x 10in h or 3.75in w x 5in h.
- Payments for ads must be received within thirty days of invoice.
