I. PROFILE

• Geographic Territories - Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware
• Total number of members: 430
• Mission Statement - The mission of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of PCMA is to provide excellent education and networking opportunities to enhance the professionalism and effectiveness of our members in the Mid Atlantic region.

II. OPEN DATES

October 29, 2008 Board of Directors Meeting, 3:00pm-5:00pm

Fun Run/Walk and Silent Auction Fundraiser , 5:30pm-8:00pm

December 2008 (date TBD) Board of Directors Meeting, 3:00pm-5:00pm

GPPCMA Holiday Party/Annual Meeting Kickoff, Evening, 5:30pm-8:00pm

III. HOSTING OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHAPTER MEETINGS AND BOARD MEETINGS

DESCRIPTION:

• Room set conference style for 15 people for Board meetings
• See below for room sets for chapter meetings and events.
• $20.00 all-inclusive (F&B and alcoholic beverages) is budgeted for each participant and paid by the chapter to the host facility. This does not include the holiday party.
• All costs for F&B and alcoholic beverages for the holiday party are paid by the host facility.
• Complimentary parking for attendees
• Complimentary AV
• Complimentary meeting space
• Hosts will have an opportunity for a brief presentation.

Morning Format

7:30 a.m.
Registration: Area outside program room set with (2) 6' tables

7:30 a.m.
Breakfast Buffet: Set inside meeting room

8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Program: Room set in crescent rounds for 60-90, AV (TBD)

10:00 a.m. - noon
Board Meeting: Room set conference style for 15 with refreshments and cookies served

Lunch Format

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Board Meeting: Room set conference style for 15 with continental breakfast to be served

11:45 a.m.
Registration: Area outside program room set with (2) 6' tables

12:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
Lunch & Program: Room set in crescent rounds to accommodate

60-90 and AV (TBD) with plated lunch to be served

Evening Format

3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Board Meeting: Room set conference style for 15 with refreshments and cookies served

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Registration: Area outside program room set with (2) 6' tables

5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Program: Room set up to accommodate 60-90 crescent or classroom and AV (TBD)

6:45 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Reception: Area with standing room for approximately 60-90 scattered cocktail tables, assorted hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and open bar

Holiday Party

3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Board Meeting: Room set conference style for 15 with refreshments and cookies served

5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Registration: Area outside program room set with (2) 6' tables

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Party: Area with standing room for approximately 60-100 scattered cocktail tables, heavy hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, carving station, pasta station, desserts, coffee and open bar

Chapter Retreat

Day 1

noon - 5:00 p.m.
Board Meeting: Room set conference style for 15 with working lunch and afternoon break

Day 2

8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Continental Breakfast: Room set in rounds for 40-60 inside meeting room, with coffee, fruit, pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, beverages

9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Meeting: 40-60, AM break with coffee, sodas and snacks, PM break with coffee, sodas and snacks

noon - 1:00 p.m.
Lunch: Separate room set in rounds for 40-60

4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Reception: Area with standing room for approximately 40-60, scattered cocktail tables, assorted hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and open bar
