Mona Simon, Director, Partner Relations and Advertising
Mona Simon joined PCMA in January 2003 working for Convene Magazine. Currently she manages the fulfillment for PCMA’s newly created Strategic Partnership Program. Through customized partnership relationships, the Convene and Partnership department work with suppliers to the meetings industry to enhance PCMA member benefits, senior-level education programming and relevant meetings content. A graduate of Indiana University, Simon began her career in advertising sales and production. She has worked in associations for 8 years and 11 years in sales and marketing roles. Jennifer Saliba, Manager, Partner Relations
Jennifer joined PCMA in February 2005. She currently works with PCMA's Partners whose generous investments support PCMA's education programs, including delivery of contractual benefits and developing strategies to maximize value to partners and PCMA members. She also creates and designs marketing tools for the Convene Sales Team regarding new advertising opportunities in Convene and the PCMA website, including the Convene Media Kit.

Natalie Hummert, Production Coordinator
Natalie joined PCMA in April 2008. In her current role, she serves as a liaison between advertising sales, editorial, and printer. She collects and reviews ad material from agencies and advertisers for media placement in both Convene® magazine and pcma.org.
