Governance
The Board of Directors, committees and task forces are all comprised of PCMA member volunteers. Volunteering for any of these groups is a great way to actively participate and to give back to PCMA.
PCMA is governed by an eighteen-member Board of Directors. Members of the board include the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman-Elect, the Secretary-Treasurer, the Immediate-Past Chairman of the Board, ten Professional member Directors, and four Supplier Partner member Directors. The Board is the principal governing body of PCMA and monitors the progress of PCMA's plans for the future. Additionally, the Board carries with it the responsibility of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Strategic Plan, ensuring that the goals and objectives are achieved. Ongoing priorities of the Board are to seek to identify future leaders of PCMA, and to promote consensus, cooperation, and participation among all members at every level.
