From the first stages of the site search and negotiating with sales staff to the final goodbyes by bell staff, this program was five-star! The staff members were consummate professionals and incredible in staying on top of room lists, changes, and additions. Their diligence was fantastic and the response time was lightening-fast. Because of their dedication, we had a flawless program. At all levels, the associates were superb and had a fantastic attitude.

The chef and his staff were incredible in preparing culinary delights for almost 2,000 people. Their presentation, whether plated or on buffet, was a work of art. The attendees raved.

The entire hotel provided amazing service and quality. I have been in this business more than 20 years, and this was one of the best programs I have ever operated, due in no small part to the Rosen Centre's hotel and staff. Both C.R.
