Second Annual Service in Sync a Success
From refurbishing a family shelter to serving hundreds of hot meals, PCMA chapters organized service projects across North America in order to give back to their local communities on behalf of the meetings industry. During PCMA's 2006 Service in Sync Nov. 1, more than 170,000 pounds of food was sorted for distribution to those in need, along with dozens of overstuffed bags containing clothing and bedding. Field trips with disadvantaged youth, boxing USO care packages, and job training sessions were also organized as chapter members worked together to make a difference in their communities. Congratulations to all who participated and thank you for making Service in Sync an overwhelming success!
