The Capital Chapter offers a robust mentoring program where like-minded industry professionals can join together one-on-one and make a difference. The goals of the program are to:

- Foster interpersonal growth and self-enrichment
- Provides opportunity for mentors to give back and be more involved on a smaller scale
- Builds the PCMA and meeting planning community

The EPC is very active in visiting our local universities and creating relationships between students, professors, and PCMA.
